  6. how is the present land use utilized? what percentage is single family, multi-family, commercial and vacant?

  7. what is the probability of the land changing in the area?

  8. are most occupants in the area homeowners or tenants?

  9. what is the price range for single family homes? What is the predominant value?

  10. what is the age range of homes in the area?

  11. what are the family economic demographics?
